ABOUT OUR UNION 

• National Union of Workers has fought for the workers rights in Fiji.

• We stand together with members from 25 companies.

• 1933- 1944 union was named as Chini Masdur Sangh.

• 1944- 2015- Fiji Sugar General Workers Union.

• 2015 to present- National Union of Workers.

• Mr. Felix Anthony joined the Union as General Secretary in 1990 till present.

• NUW stands strong with the support of Fiji Trades Union Congress (FTUC) and its affiliation with International Trade Union Confideration Asia Pacific(ITUC-AP) and International Labour Organisation (ILO) and fellow Unions around the Globe.
