Since 1944, National Union of Workers has fought for the rights of workers in Fiji. Today, we stand strong with 5,118 members across 25 companies and a range of industry sectors. Our mission is to achieve decent work for all. Decent work sums up the simple aspirations of people in their working lives, their aspirations for opportunity & income, rights at work, adequate pay and conditions of work, a voice, recognition, fairness, equality, security, stability and respect.

Application forms will be given to you by the union concerned to be filled in.
An application for Recognition by the union will be made to your employer for the purpose of collective bargaining.
